I was feeling nostalgic...but for my second home, Espana. Since I left my cd of pictures from Spain at my first home, I thought I would have to just let the feelings pass un-intensified. What I do in discussion...

post on my blog. I really want to take a picture of my discussion leader, Dr. Umuh, right now but instead I will post a few favourites from this past weekend at my white coat ceremony. I fly this weekend (in a few hours as I write this) to Manhattan Beach for Portia and Kurt's wedding and I'm a stress ball. Between feeling guilty for thinking that I did not do much as MOH and the upcoming exam the Monday I get back and missing my 3-mile morning jogs and my deteriorating grammar levels. I apologize for this half-ass post, ha.

It's Official (almost)...

The life of a med student has officially begun. Although I am missing my old schedule of 8-hour sleep nights, I am loving the waking moments of this life more. We got our white coats (badgeless and nameless jackets that Portia said looked like I purchased at The Limited) last week! And this coming Friday we will make them official at the White Coat Ceremony. I can't wait to see my family!!
